Do you have proof that these items are real?
Absolutely! Every order will receive a Certificate of Authenticity for each item purchased ($50 value).

Will I receive a Certificate of Authentication (COA) for add-on accessories I purchased?

Complimentary COAs are not provided for both added accessories and purchased accessories. Examples of add-on accessories (not limited to):

  • Dust Bags
  • Boxes
  • Chains/Straps
  • Luggage Tags & Belts
  • Padlocks
  • Keys
  • Shopping Bags

If you would like a COA with your purchased add-on accessories, please contact use at hello@reluxx.com before your order is processed. COA requests for complimentary add-ons are not offered at this time.

COA requests are an additional $20 per request. Please allow up to 48 hours for a COA to be generated and your completed package to be shipped.

An expedited COA request will be an additional $10 plus the initial $20 fee. Please allow up to 24 hours for an expedited COA to be generated and your completed package to be shipped.  

COA request can only be completed if the authentication service is offered by partnering authentication company.

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. 
My payment was rejected because my shipping billing addresses are different, why?
To protect against fraud, RELUXX can only ship to billing addresses. We do understand exceptions to this may be requested (recently moved, second home, a gift for someone, shipping to neighbor, etc.). To request for an exception, please contact us at hello@reluxx.com. Please be advised, verification of both buyer and recipient must be completed before shipping. This may result in a delayed in processing time.
How long will it take until I receive my purchase?

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
