Shipping policy

 

PROCESSING TIME

Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from order date:

  • All orders of $500 and over are FREE standard shipping
  • All orders between $100 - $499.99 are $20 for standard shipping
  • All orders between $55 - $99.99 are $10 for standard shipping
  • All orders under $55 are $5 for standard shipping

Expedited shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from order date:

  • $50 for all expedited shipping/orders $100 and over
  • $20 for all expedited shipping/orders $99.99 and under

Please note that purchases placed after 4pm EST Monday - Friday and 12pm EST on Saturday are considered as made the next business day. Fulfillments are not processed on Sundays and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before you receive the item.

All shipments are tracked, insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders over $100 are shipped with signature required confirmation due to the value of our items.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

At this time, RELUXX only ships within the US. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, International address, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select US Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

 

NON-BILLING ADDRESSES

To protect against fraud, RELUXX can only ship to billing addresses. We do understand exceptions to this may be requested (recently moved, second home, a gift for someone, shipping to neighbor, etc.). To request for an exception, please contact us at hello@reluxx.com. Please be advised, verification of both buyer and recipient must be completed before shipping. This may result in a delayed in processing time.

 

ORDER CHANGES

We cannot make any changes to the shipping once a shipping label and tracking number has been created. If you need to upgrade your shipping prior to your order being shipped, please contact us via email at hello@reluxx.com.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed and shipped, RELUXX cannot cancel the order. If you made the purchase by mistake and the order has NOT shipped, please contact us immediately at hello@reluxx.com.
